In these unpredictable and troubling times we find ourselves in, I thought I would start a ‘Weekly Meditation’ post. We all deserve a time-out to clear our minds and let go of all fears and troubles. In the field of national parks, forests, and wildlife refuges, that sorta thing is sorely needed. So, for our first weekly meditation, I found this incredible 2 hour session that will help you melt away. 5 minutes alone will be enough for most people, it’s that darn good. So, give it a try.
